Sean Burch (born 18 June 1971) is an American adventure athlete and motivational speaker. He is author of the book, ''Hyperfitness: 12 Weeks to Reaching Your Inner Everest and Getting into the Best Shape of Your Life''.Pain for Happiness Article, (Virginia Living Magazine ) He holds 6 World Records within fitness and adventure.
